Follow along with me on my trip to China to bring home Xiao Hai Yun to her forever family in Pennsylvania, USA. Hai Yun currently lives in Zhuzhou Social Welfare Institute in Zhuzhou China. Her name means "clouds floating above the sea." I will be leaving for China on May 31st. After some sightseeing in Beijing, I will fly to Changsha, the capitol city in Hunan Province, to meet Hai Yun. Our "metcha moment" will be on June 4th.
